Our 2-year-old class focuses on interaction and learning through hands-on play. The children enjoy age appropriate toys, outside play, singing, and coloring. In this class, the children will be introduced to their letters, colors, and shapes.
2-Year Old Class
3-Year Old Preschool Class
Once your child enters the 3-year-old class, they will begin our preschool curriculum. We teach using the A Beka Christian-based preschool program. The objective for this class is for your children to learn to recognize their letters, shapes, and numbers. Your child will also participate in arts and crafts and story time. Twice a week our classes will learn a Bible story and do a corresponding activity or coloring page. Once classwork has finished, the children enjoy playing inside in various age appropriate centers, and outside when weather permits.
4-Year-Old Preschool Class
Our 4-year-old class uses the A Beka program as well. In the 4-year-old curriculum, your child will begin learning how to write their letters and numbers, and learning how to read small words. They will participate in the Bible story twice each week by reading the story, singing songs, and coloring pages from the Bible story. The 4-year-old class will also spend time doing arts and crafts and will have the opportunity to participate in field trips throughout the year. Once classwork has finished, the children enjoy playing inside in various age appropriate centers, and outside when weather permits.
Before and After School Program
Our center offers before and after school care for children up to age 13. Children are able to ride the bus from our center to school in the mornings, and get off the bus at our center in the afternoons. Children will be provided with breakfast and a snack. During the summer, spring break, or even days school is out, your children are welcome to spend the entire day with us!
